Headquartered in Germany and listed on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, Software AG is among the top 10 fastest-growing technology companies in the world.
Partnering with Software AG, provides a wider range of choices for 360 Solutions in terms of BPM, SOA, process analysis, integration, or enterprise architecture, to help organizations in UAE, GCC, and the Middle East to achieve their business objectives faster, enable customers to drive operational efficiency, modernize their systems and optimize processes for smarter decisions and better service.
The CEO of 360 Solutions , Arash Kiani, attended the Kofax Partner Connect in Vienna on 17 and 18 April 2012.
This conference event was a unique forum for the Kofax Partners and included keynote sessions, exclusive product and sales training, certification and education seminars, as well as many opportunities to meet with the Kofax Executive Management and network with other Kofax partners from both the regional and international markets.
Arash Kiani presented 360 Solutions’ strategy in the Middle East, particularly for Capture Enabled Business Processes Management.
In early 2008 360 Solutions made a strategic decision to partner with an industry leading Business Process Management (BPM) software provider to meet its clients growing needs for robust and easy to implement BPM solutions. After months of extensive research 360 Solutions established partnership with Singularity to be its partner in the Middle East. Since then 360 Solutions has contributed to a broader local and regional market awareness of the Singularity ‘Agile’ business process solutions and successfully implemented them in a number of major companies in the UAE as well as in the greater Middle East region.
In November 2010 360 Solutions signed a partnership agreement with the award winning leader in document capture services, Kofax, and became its partner in the UAE, Middle East and Africa. This was done so that 360 Solutions could broaden its end-to-end business solution offerings to provide its clients with complete packages of business solutions and services that are easy to implement and integrate into their current business environment, to help them face strategic challenges and allow for a rapid return of their investment.
Earlier this month, on December 6, the acquisition of Singularity by Kofax was announced. This acquisition will enable Kofax to reach beyond the capture market into the BPM market, providing a uniquely differentiated product range with strong competitive advantages in both markets.
We are very pleased to be able to look back at our strategic decisions and see that they were right – as 360 Solutions continues to seek out the best innovative and creative business solutions for our clients.
As part of our strategic vision to broaden our end-to-end business solution offerings, 360 Solutions has signed a partnership agreement with the award winning leader in document capture services, Kofax (USA.). We are already making good inroads into this market in the Middle East and look forward to a succesful long term relationship with Kofax.
For more than 20 years, Kofax has provided award winning solutions that automate document driven business processes by managing the capture, transformation and exchange of business critical information arising in paper, fax and electronic formats in a more accurate, timely and cost effective manner.
