Kofax and its Kofax TotalAgility(TM) platform received recognition in two reports issued by Gartner, Inc., a leading information technology research and advisory company.
Kofax TotalAgility combines market-leading capture, business process management, dynamic case management, data integration, analytics, and mobile capabilities in a single, unified smart process application development and deployment platform. It is available “on-premise” and as a hosted SaaS offering. In a Gartner report entitled “Critical Capabilities for Case Management Frameworks,” Kofax was included in a group of 11 vendors evaluated against 11 critical capabilities in four use cases. The report selected the vendors based on delivering case management frameworks built on top of business process management (BPM) suites. Gartner stated, “Case management frameworks built on BPM suites offer an alternative to specialty applications and custom coding to help solution architects and business process directors implement case management solutions.”
Kofax was also recognized in a Gartner MarketScope for Business Process Management Platform as a Service (PaaS) that compared 14 vendors and their respective BPM PaaS offerings. The report states “…businesses use bpmPaaS to automate business processes, rapidly develop applications, connect business processes spanning multiple organizations, manage knowledge work and improve collaboration.”2 Gartner rated Kofax as “Positive” in the report.2
360 Solutions joined clients and Kofax partners network in the Middle East at the Kofax Partner Workshop in Dubai on 21 and 22 November 2012. This event provided us with opportunities to get insights and updates about new Kofax products and initiatives as well as to interact with Kofax customers and partners.
Our technical team participated in technical discussions and training sessions to get practical knowledge about capture enabled BPM solutions.
The CEO of 360 Solutions , Arash Kiani, attended the Kofax Partner Connect in Vienna on 17 and 18 April 2012.
This conference event was a unique forum for the Kofax Partners and included keynote sessions, exclusive product and sales training, certification and education seminars, as well as many opportunities to meet with the Kofax Executive Management and network with other Kofax partners from both the regional and international markets.
Arash Kiani presented 360 Solutions’ strategy in the Middle East, particularly for Capture Enabled Business Processes Management.
In early 2008 360 Solutions made a strategic decision to partner with an industry leading Business Process Management (BPM) software provider to meet its clients growing needs for robust and easy to implement BPM solutions. After months of extensive research 360 Solutions established partnership with Singularity to be its partner in the Middle East. Since then 360 Solutions has contributed to a broader local and regional market awareness of the Singularity ‘Agile’ business process solutions and successfully implemented them in a number of major companies in the UAE as well as in the greater Middle East region.
In November 2010 360 Solutions signed a partnership agreement with the award winning leader in document capture services, Kofax, and became its partner in the UAE, Middle East and Africa. This was done so that 360 Solutions could broaden its end-to-end business solution offerings to provide its clients with complete packages of business solutions and services that are easy to implement and integrate into their current business environment, to help them face strategic challenges and allow for a rapid return of their investment.
Earlier this month, on December 6, the acquisition of Singularity by Kofax was announced. This acquisition will enable Kofax to reach beyond the capture market into the BPM market, providing a uniquely differentiated product range with strong competitive advantages in both markets.
We are very pleased to be able to look back at our strategic decisions and see that they were right – as 360 Solutions continues to seek out the best innovative and creative business solutions for our clients.
TotalAgility training was held at 360 Solutions premises for one of our customers who recently joined the Singularity TotalAgility family. The training session was led by one of Singularity’s certified Agile instructors and during the course the participants were provided the chance to obtain in-depth knowledge about TotalAgility and practice in a fully interactive environment.
The course curriculum was designed to allow all participants to access the key elements of training and practice – no matter what their current skill levels – and ensuring that there was enough time for each of them absorb and try out everything taught, providing the instructor with useful feedback and interaction – and at the same time having opportunities for creative thinking about the application and having fun.
Thanks to the Singularity team for facilitating this!
