In early 2008 360 Solutions made a strategic decision to partner with an industry leading Business Process Management (BPM) software provider to meet its clients growing needs for robust and easy to implement BPM solutions. After months of extensive research 360 Solutions established partnership with Singularity to be its partner in the Middle East. Since then 360 Solutions has contributed to a broader local and regional market awareness of the Singularity ‘Agile’ business process solutions and successfully implemented them in a number of major companies in the UAE as well as in the greater Middle East region.

In November 2010 360 Solutions signed a partnership agreement with the award winning leader in document capture services, Kofax, and became its partner in the UAE, Middle East and Africa. This was done so that 360 Solutions could broaden its end-to-end business solution offerings to provide its clients with complete packages of business solutions and services that are easy to implement and integrate into their current business environment, to help them face strategic challenges and allow for a rapid return of their investment.

Earlier this month, on December 6, the acquisition of Singularity by Kofax was announced. This acquisition will enable Kofax to reach beyond the capture market into the BPM market, providing a uniquely differentiated product range with strong competitive advantages in both markets.
